Well, it’s not Eddie Jordan, and that’s a start.

I personally have nothing against Eddie, nor his relationship with Geoff. In fact, I think the relationship between he and Geoff is great and is a benefit…but to get excited over a guy who’s best season is a few games over .500 in a weak Eastern Conference a few years back is something I just can’t do.

But, it is nice to see the Kings exploring their options.

I’m not sure how I personally feel on the Westphal interview. He’s been a member of the Dallas front office since this past October, and was a member of Avery Johnson’s coaching staff while he was in Dallas.

As a head coach, Paul does have a pretty decent 267-159 record, with the majority of those wins coming with the Suns during their early 90 Western Conference Championship runs.
