OK now Stern takes a stand for the owners at a 50/50 split after the players give back like $350 mil or something. Stern won't meet with players until they agree to the 50/50 with amends. Thing is the owners don't even want that- they are not behind Stern on this. This is Stern abusing his powers to mistreat the players, as usual.

And anyone know why NBA.com is down? Has it crumbled this fast?

NBA.com is working for me :) It's all stripped down, but it has been since midnight of the morning the lockout started.
