On the crime drama "Without A Trace", there was an episode where the person of interest had child porn. The person said he had it because he noticed the same victim in several such pictures, and was trying to track her down so he could save her.

He ended up being right, and the FBI unit did track down that victim. (There wasn't any evidence of the person of interest doing any physical wrongdoing, he just had those images on his PC for the reason he stated).

Hopefully Andersen had such items because maybe he recognized a victim from one of his charities, and was trying to track the victim down to save him/her.
