    Sacramento Kings sold to Seattle?

    http://www.king5.com/news/arena/Rumo...186149552.html

    Also reports all over Twitter.

    Dave Softy Mahler ‏@Softykjr
Regarding Kings rumors: Just got a text from Chris Hansen: "I can't comment on those things. Patience my friend."

It may just be reports, but sounds like something will go down.

Seems like the most "credible" of anything that has happened, but, couple people with some in's for the Kings are saying no go. Amick will put it to bed, good or bad.

Yeah I am now just ranting on Twitter to get it out of the way. We all know it is going to happen at some point this season or next, people outside of Sacramento just need to know how bad the Maloofs really are

Yep Kings are gone. Hope the Maloofs die. I supported them as the Sacramento Kings, I won't give a crap about them as whatever they become. Time to start following the Warriors I guess.

Disgusting. Looks like the NBA just lost a lot of fans and the Warriors gained the rest.

Wow. I found out through Facebook.

Someone who lives in Seattle wrote "Isaiah Thomas, Tyreke Evans, and Cousins. Yes sir, Sonics are back"

I was just confused until I came on here.

If this is true, I will feel really bad for you local fans

I will not root for the Warriors, or any Midwestern team.

    I am confused

And the maloofs will sail away in the sunset with their millions...

So we have this team for this year.
    Do we
Go to games and chant "F*ck the Maloofs"
Go to games and chant "We love our team"
Nobody goes to games. Leave the stadium as empty as possible

This is the hardest pill to swallow. They fucked this team and city so bad, and they walk away with everything they want. Most horrible owners ever. It would be less painful if the team just moved...knowing they'd be screwing the new city and keeping the team bad. Now the Kings go to a new town, with real owners, a real arena who can watch them become a legitimate franchise. We are left with nothing, but years of watching garbage. This team had about 3 years of being very good, a couple years of being decent and two decades of being miserable. We sat through it all and got bit in the ass with it later.

I don't blame or hate Seattle...the Maloofs though...their entire family....I hope terrorists fly a plane into their house killing them all.

I love how they're keeping minimal ownership in the new franchise, lol.

    What a bunch of cocks.

Haha too much. No doubt they want to act like celebrities still and owning a team is the only way to do it. They'll be the 1% owners that pay nothing, do nothing, but say they are owners.

That Cousins trade to Boston for a bunch of scrubs sounds really appealing at the moment.

Apparently, city has some buyers in wait and given all of the fees and money owed to the city, the financials by selling locally would net the Maloofs more money in profit than to Hansen.

I would think this is what the NBA would want the Maloofs to do. Sell it to someone that wants to keep the kings here.

After all said and done it will cost probably close to 750-800million for the kings to be moved to Seattle.

He's a dickhead, but, I really don't think Stern wants them to move. He was clearly irritated by the Maloofs after the whole debacle in Orlando and he's always stated he prefers to keep teams in their current market if at all possible.
