They seem to think (and probably rightfully so) that Blatche is a complete mental case and with that long contract, he's a tough move.
I'd be for it though if they could ditch a Salmons type deal.
Blatche + McGee for Salmons!!! Then give Blatche incorrect directions to Sacramento. Give McGee a Basketball for Dummies book and you are set. They do want at least something tanglible like a first round pick if they throw in McGee though.
If they are that desperate...Blatche for Salmons + Garcia!

Chris Singleton is probably the only person I like on the Wiz, but not worth taking Blatche. Even though he did have a nice stretch at the end of last year.
Blatche sucks. He shoots like Travis Outlaw and rebounds like Predrag Stojakovic.
I was going to look up his stats but he is now a member of the Nets. Didn't know that.
Jordan Crawford is a decent SG. I would take him in a trade of any of the following or combo of: Garcia, Thornton, Brooks, Hayes, Outlaw, Salmons, and Jimmer.
Of Course in Salmons case Wash would have to throw in some role player.
Too bad the Wizards wouldn't want any of that combo. Petrie has quite a collection of mediocre trash
