Here's the pumpkin roll which I made not this past weekend, but the weekend before.
I FINALLY got the spice combination right, to my liking. None of the 4-5 previous times felt "right".
However, I put way too much of the cream cheese frosting in it! I should have used 1/2 as much, LOL.
On the plus side, this was the first time when I was "rolling" the roll, that it didn't crack. I'm not sure what I did right, but I hope I can do it again! Every other time, when I roll it, it cracked.
