I hated Colin Cowherd's take last year that "cities that end in '-ville' are are college towns, not NFL towns".
That's not a real football take. He was ripping Jacksonville at about this time last year, I think they came off a bad MNF game.
I'm pretty sure you would never say something like that on your show, and you'd offer something more insightful.
-ille has nothing to do with college or NFL teams. That is ridiculous.
Blue Jays have acquired Jose Reyes, Josh Johnson, Mark Buehrle, Emilio Bonifacio from the Marlins for Yunel Escobar,Henderson Alvarez, Jeff Mathis, Jake Marisnick
Marlins may look into moving Stanton, who is now trending on Twitter after tweeting he is annoyed and tired of this (as in the Marlins selling away all their players)
LoMo may also be available but teams will be sketchy over his;
Incredibly troublesome knee at the age of 25
Defense limiting him to LF and eventually 1B.
Power has declined
Serious character issues. Extremely arrogant and childish.
This is only Morrison's 3rd year with the team. However, looking at his numbers, he never really seemed like a power guy.
I don't know anything about his character issues. I don't see the Marlins much, and unlike the NBA where every team plays every other team at least twice, or are on national TV at least once (usually), the Marlins just weren't that high profile. Even with their spending last year.
I will say that MLB more than NBA seems to have players who vary wildly from one season to another. So maybe give Morrison another shot.
But, more players are trying to become MLBers than NBAers. There is a bigger talent pool to extract from. So maybe you don't hold on to Morrison too closely, because there's 4-8 similar players who are trying to get a break and make the MLB too.

Dodgers favorites to sign Zach Greinke. They actually have a blank paycheck. Unlimited money
They are investing some risky money. Lots of hit or miss.
According to Ray Woodson on the radio just now, Brian Wilson is a FA because he was not tendered.
