So the SF are set. FED, Murray, Del Potro, and Djokovic.
However, they have to wait for the Ferrer-Tipsarevic match to finish to find out who will be the Group B winner, and that will affect the seedings for the SFs.
As of right now, both FED and Del Potro lead Group with a 2-1 record, but Del Potro is the group B winner because Del Potro won the H-2-H.
Here's the tiebreakers:
Standings are determined by: 1) Number of wins; 2) Number of matches; 3) In two-players-ties, head-to-head records; 4) In three-players-ties, percentage of sets won, or of games won initially to sort out a superior/inferior player, then head-to-head records; 5) ATP rankings
Actually, I take it back. Looking at the scenarios, even if Ferrer bets Tipsarevic in 2 sets, he will only have won 4 sets, and he can't tie with FED and Del Potro. So he can't force a 3-way tiebreaker. FED and Del Potro have both won 5 sets.
So, it's settled.
Del Potro vs. Murray in one SF, and FED vs. Djokovic in another.
Once the times are announced for tomorrow, time to set the DVR since this is in London time.
Actually, it might not be too bad since it will be a night match in London, which will be early afternoon in the US.
Ok, nevermind. Federer won group B because he had a better W-L record in terms of sets. So his head-to-head tiebreaker with Del Potro didn't come into play yet. (He would have lost that tiebreaker).
So it's Fed vs. Murray, Del Potro vs. Djokovic.
I told myself a few months ago I would pick Murray in their future matchups, but I'm picking FED because he's won this event 6 times and he usually plays great on an indoor court.
