Our season really will be told this month.
I think we can go 5-5 in the next 10 games.
That would put us at 7-8 for the month. Not bad. I think we can split with Utah, wins against Minn and Indiana, and beat either Brooklyn or Port. split with the Lakers.

We can't handle the Spurs or Hawks.

I agree with you. Mediocrity is not progress. Yes, until we can at least split with the best teams in the West: Sac will be returning to the Lottery in 2012-13. Again!

The Kings propensity to play as many close games as they do, when they shouldn't be playing as many, actually bores me. Because it means they aren't making progress.

Progress is exciting, and a part of progress is making others taste a beat down once in a while.
