This board is for questions of any kind: technical, practical, "is this normal", "what would you do". A few things make the difference between a question that gets answered in an hour and one that sits:

    1. Say what you are trying to do, not only what is going wrong. Often the best answer is a different route.
    2. Say what you already tried. It saves everyone repeating it.
    3. Give the specifics: the exact error, the model, the version, the numbers. A screenshot beats a description of a screenshot.
    4. Come back and say what worked. The next person with the same problem will thank you.

    Ask away.

Point 4 is the one people skip. Coming back to say "it was the cable" saves the next person an afternoon.
